Montana Wagyu Ribeye, Boursin-Chive Potato

Our entree feature this weekend is a boneless Montana Wagyu ribeye with an herb de provence salt rub, Boursin and chive stuffed potatoes, charred green beans with a local tomato and hazelnut pesto and marinated grilled shrimp.  Blackberry and baking spice aromas are followed by flavors of cherry and chocolate in the Dunham Cellars cabernet sauvignon from the Columbia Valley of Washington.
