Our entree feature this weekend is a mole rubbed Montana pork chop with a creamy local tomatillo sauce, sweet corn grits, and pico de gallo.  We are pairing the Damilano Langhe nebbiolo with delicate notes reminiscent of violet and red fruits.  The wine finishes dry and slightly tannic, with a velvety, harmonic full body.
