Our feature this weekend is ancho-peppercorn crusted elk striploin with a smoked bone marrow, mustard and chive butter, roasted sweet potato, grilled asparagus and candied jalapeno.  “Emily’s Cuvee” Cabernet Sauvignon from Miner Family Winery is an expressive and decadent wine layered with black fruit, mocha, espresso, and toasted oak.  The richness of this wine pairs beautifully with the mineral rich elk and smoky bone marrow.
