Come in to Feast Bistro this weekend and taste Chef Caroline’s slow braised Wagyu beef cheeks.

We work hard to create interesting and exciting specials every night. This weekend we are featuring Wagyu beef cheeks slow braised with Moroccan spices, eggplant, zucchini, and chickpeas. Jeweled saffron couscous, cucumber raita, and apple-mango chutney are a delicious counterpoint to this rich, savory dish. Complete the experience with a glass of Bela Voda from Macedonia. Tikves is an old world producer focusing on indigenous grapes; Vranec and Plavec are the blend that creates this brambly raspberry, black currant and creme de cassis profile with solid concentration, ripe tannin, and impressive length.
