Our feature this weekend is three Diver Scallops seared with cherry tomato and caper sauce, herbed truffle polenta, saffron cauliflower cream, grilled leek and pinenut-parmesan crumble.  Paired with the Argiano Non Confunditur, a generous, full bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Sangiovese, the blackcurrent aromas and smooth tannins are characteristic of the Super Tuscans of the region.  With delicious fruit and a persistent finish this is a stellar pairing.
