We are pairing this flavorful dish with the Chateau Argadens Bordeaux Superieur; a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with a rich, open bouquet that reveals intense aromas of ripe, concentrated blackberry and elegant oak.
