Enjoy our feature this weekend of grilled, shiitake and soy rubbed Bison Tenderloin with chili, ginger and scallion King Crab Legs, napa cabbage slaw with an orange-miso vinaigrette and a spicy kimchi pancake.  Pair it with the delicate fruit notes and slight persimmon aroma of the Kikusui “Chrysanthemum Mist” sake for a very unique flavor experience or for a more traditional pairing enjoy it with a glass of Valo Cellars merlot.  Either way this is a flavorful dish that we are excited to share with you.
