Enjoy our feature this weekend of Crab Imperial stuffed Lobster tail with Corn, Edamame, fresh Basil and Gold Beets next to a Parmesan, Chive, Stout mustard Duchesse Potato baked golden brown.  We are pairing this delicacy with the Rombauer Chardonnay from select Carneros vineyards in Napa Valley.  Aromas of vanilla, melon and mango along with apricot, creme brulee and a slight minerality are echoed as flavors on the creamy, rich palate along with peach, pie crust and baking spices.  The long, smooth finish is marked by mouthwatering acidity.  This is absolutely an experience to savor.
