Enjoy our weekend feature of grilled bison tenderloin with a smoky romesco sauce and garlic scape cream.  Fresh fennel and summer squash fritters with grilled broccoli raab add depth to match  the pairing of Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley.  With vibrant mulberry fruit and rich toffee and caramel notes transitioning to dark plum, licorice and chocolate the soft, mature tannins are followed by a long and toasty finish.
