Line caught Alaskan halibut is rated as a green Best Choice from the Monterey Bay Seafood Watch which has devoted 20 years to monitoring ocean health and helping consumers make good decisions regarding the seafood they purchase. We are proud to partner with them to highlight sustainable seafood. The light golden chardonnay made by Mer Soleil in the Santa Lucia Highlands about 40 minutes south of Monterey is an appropriate pairing with honeysuckle and brioche aromas and lemon blossom, toasted oak and a buttery richness on the palate. Vibrant acidity balances the wine and makes for a delightful glass .
