Celebrate Father’s Day at Feast Bistro with Crab Imperial stuffed Elk tenderloin with forest mushroom jus, roasted red grapes, caramelized shallot and gorgonzola duchesse potatoes. We have chosen to pair an Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon which displays mighty aromas of black cherry, cassis, wet stone and sweet oak. Roth Vineyards creates layered flavors of red currant, blackberry, dark chocolate and vanilla which complement the firm tannins. Structured and powerful, this Cabernet lingers on the finish.
