Enjoy our featured entree of lamb chops stuffed with fig and chorizo over a provologne cream with grilled asparagus and broccolini, vanilla-balsamic reduction and grilled scallion oil.  We have chosen the Unnamed Series Syrah from Reynvaan Family Vineyards in Walla Walla, Washington which begins with wet stone and dried herb aromatics and then opens to a plush black raspberry and blood orange zest flavor profile.  With fresh tannins and a long, balanced finish this wine pairs beautifully with the rich and complex flavors of the dish.
