Enjoy our featured entree of espresso rubbed elk tenderloin with four cheese sweet potato gratin, citrus green beans and pickled flathead cherries.  We are pairing this dish with the Familiar mourvedre from Dirty and Rowdy in California.  An herbaceous, wild and bright wine that drinks “like yacht rock for space pirates” to quote the D&R marketing team.  Unconventional and delicious this is everything that we love about new world wines.
