Guava Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Our featured entree this weekend is grilled Montana pork tenderloin with a guava honey glaze, roasted chili corn cake, and local baby carrots with a toasted pecan and cilantro chimichurri.  We are pairing a refreshing blend of Mourvedre and Grenache from the Withers Winery that has a light salmon color and fresh raspberry aromas and flavors.  A slight bite of tannin and acidity firms up the palate impression nicely.
