Seared Scallops with Jalapeno Labneh

Our feature this weekend is ras el hanout seared scallops over jalapeno herb labneh, roasted local beets and charred shishito peppers, pickled golden raisins, & candied hazelnuts.  The Desconcierto Albarino has a very intense nose with aromas reminiscent of white peach, pear, and apples.  Well integrated acidity with fresh citrus flavors and a long finish make this a delightful pairing.
