Our feature this weekend is a roasted wild rice and mushroom stuffed quail with local carrot and parsnip puree, roasted strawberries, red wine reduction, and rosemary- olive oil cashews. We are pairing the Damilano Langhe Nebbiolo for its rich plum and cedar aromas followed by fresh red raspberry, juicy cranberry and herbaceous sage and rosemary notes. Medium bodied with firm tannins and a bright finish this wine is easy to love.
