This weekend’s entree feature is citrus and peppercorn seared ahi tuna with spiced black lentils, ginger aioli, meyer lemon, caper salsa verde, and ras el hanout dusted local carrots.  The opulent flavors of apricot, lemon cream tart, and vanilla in the Boen chardonnay are elegant.  This central California wines’ silky, alluring texture lingers on the palate.
