Our entree feature this weekend is rosemary orange braised lamb shanks with ginger yogurt, caramelized cara cara oranges with pistachio dukkah, and tomato cinnamon-scented rice.  Our pairing of the Emily’s Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon from Miner Family Wines is expressive and decadent with black fruit aromas and layers of mocha, espresso, and toasted oak.
