Our entree feature this weekend is blackened Mahi Mahi with a sweet corn maque choux, confit local fennel, braised local collard greens, bourbon Cordova Farms pork belly, and a roasted red pepper aioli.  This delicious plate will be paired with the Railsback Freres carignan, a light-bodied fresh red that’s loaded with flavors of plum, cranberry, baking spices, and sandalwood.
