Our entree special this evening is black garlic butter Texas quail stuffed with Montana sausage, over a Sporeattic mushroom and local GVB spinach risotto cake, grilled asparagus with tamari black garlic balsamic, and house peanut chili crunch.  Ripe plum and dusty cocoa powder aromas open the Archery Summit Dundee Hills pinot noir with juicy red fruit, graceful tannins, and a complex brininess rounding out the delicious flavor profile of this Willamette Valley mainstay.
