Our feature this weekend is a Montana Andouille sausage and cider braised pheasant gumbo with butter poached lobster and crawfish served over a jasmine-wild rice pilaf with spicy pickled okra.  The Monsecco Pratogrande nebbiolo is a stellar pairing with bright cherry fruit, subtle tannins and a persistant finish that emphasises the complex mineral composition of the underlying soils in this area of the Piedmont region.
