Our entree feature this weekend is barbacoa style Cordova Farms braised lamb with crispy parsnip and masa cakes, charred Amaltheia cabbage, lime crema, and pickled local vegetables.  We are pairing the lush black cherry, wet slate, and black tea spice flavors of the Maysara “Cyrus” pinot noir from the Willamette Valley of Oregon.
