Our feature this weekend is crispy cornmeal and masa dusted barramundi filet served with sunflower-blistered shishito green goddess, grilled sweet corn maque choux and local Purple Viking southern style melting potatoes.  A perfect complement to this summery dish is the Miraflors Blanc from Domaine Lafage.  A field blend of grenache blanc, grenache gris, muscat d’Alexandrie, roussanne, viognier, vermentino and sauvignon blanc with white peach, lemon and honeysuckle on the nose this medium bodied wine tastes like fresh peaches and citrus with an intriguing delicacy.
