Basil and Garlic Scape Black Cod

Our featured entree this weekend is local basil and garlic scape buttered black cod with a carrot ginger puree, jasmine rice, and a local heirloom tomato, grilled zucchini, and roasted corn relish.  Jasmine flower and citrus oil aromas open the Hartford Court Chardonnay and fresh kiwi, green apple, and crystallized ginger flavors round out this fruit focused and lush wine.
