Our featured entree this weekend is birria braised Montana short ribs with a crispy fried masa, potato, and local parsnip cakes, cilantro chimichurri, avocado crema, and cumin grilled local carrots.  We are pairing the Banshee Mordecai red blend with peppery violet aromas and rich plum and red berry flavors with earthy herb roasted meats and a spice laden finish.
