Our featured entree this weekend is spice rubbed and grilled bison tenderloin skewers over Japanese curried udon noodles, sauteed vegetables, fried basil, local cilantro microgreens, and maple togarashi cashews.  Plush layers of plum, licorice, and boysenberry mingled with faint cigar, bay leaf, and spices show the complexity of the Clos Petit Corbin Bordeaux for our wine pairing.
