Blue Nose Snapper - Le Petit Coquerel

Our feature this weekend is citrus and ginger seared blue nose seabass over a creamy coconut saffron couscous with grilled Amaltheia bok choy finished with a fresh cucumber orange salsa.  Tropical fruit aromas of guava and grapefruit open the Le Petit Coquerel Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley.  The palate is crisp with a round mouthfeel and a long finish of pink grapefruit and pineapple.
