Our entree feature this weekend is pan seared bone-in Cordova Farms pork chop over a peppercorn, rosemary, and Parmesan polenta cake, grilled nectarine salsa, slow roasted Chance Farm peppers, and a vanilla balsamic reduction.  Featuring the Brooks Janus pinot noir offering juicy raspberry, cherry, spice cake and candied rose flavors and subtle mocha and cola flourishes.
