   Tonight through Christmas Eve Feast will feature a festive, four course, wine paired menu!  The special menu is below and each course will be available a la carte.  Feast’s full menu will also be served.

Course One
Two Island Creek oysters with a yuzu ponzu, salmon roe, and fresh apple

Rihaku Nigori “Dreamy Clouds” sake

 

Course Two
Blood orange, fennel, and red onion salad with a pistachio crumble, smashed Castelvetrano olives, and whipped Amaltheia ricotta

Brooks Riesling

 

Course Three
Peppercorn crusted MT wagyu beef tenderloin finished with a gorgonzola bacon butter, and two grilled wild shrimp served over roasted Amaltheia fingerling potatoes tossed with Meyer lemon, caper, and fresh herbs, local spinach gratin, with truffle panko crumble and a smoked tomato drizzle

Course Four
Almond cake filled with almond paste, sage creme anglais, cranberry curd filled white chocolate spheres
