Cider Braised Cordova Farms Lamb Shank

Our featured entree this weekend is a rose cider braised Cordova Farms lamb shank over cinnamon scented rice with blistered cherry tomatoes, ginger labneh, pistachio crumble, and bruleed cara cara oranges.  We are pairing the Barbera d’Alba produced by Alberto Voerzio with its juicy, electric palate.  Flavors of sour cherry, cranberry, and red currant produce a bright and crunchy wine.
