Our featured entree this weekend is a Montana Wagyu beef tenderloin with crispy crab topping, charred local dragon beans with a whole grain mustard vinaigrette, smashed baby potatoes, and a sherry gastrique.  Bursting with black cherry and mocha flavors flanked by firm yet lush tannins the Miner Family Napa Valley Cabernet is a beautiful expression of a Bordeaux blend.
