Our weekend feature is Thai blackened crispy skin John Dory with a citrus-lemongrass beurre blanc, grilled bok choy sprinkled with sesame and coconut and served with forbidden rice, mint oil, fresno chili, and local cilantro micro greens. We are pairing the Brooks Runaway Red pinot noir for its depth of fruit flavor with pomegranate, blood orange, black tea and Lebanese spices with a vibrant acidity and an uplifting finish.
