Our feature this weekend is dijon and herb marinated Cordova Farms lamb chops, confit cherry tomatoes, creamy herbed zhoug, roasted yukons with oregano and lemon infused olive oil, & toasted Amaltheia feta.  Ripe blueberry and blackcurrant flavors mingle with aromas of blonde tobacco and lilac in this dense and spicy syrah from the Outer Limits Vineyard in Sonoma County produced by Hartford Court.
