Our entree feature this weekend is espresso rubbed elk striploin with chili oil, fig balsamic roasted morels and fried brussels sprouts, toasted hazelnuts, candied local fennel, crispy garlic, and creamy Amaltheia truffled chevre polenta. The Aerena Cabernet Sauvignon shows flavors of cola, plum, coffee, and chocolate with a piquant pomegranate aroma.
