Our feature this weekend is an espresso rubbed 32 oz Montana Wagyu cowboy steak finished with roasted garlic and rosemary butter, smashed French rose potatoes, cherry tomato relish, and grilled delicata squash and baby carrots.  Plum and brambly berry aromas with a hint of violet open the Chakana Estate malbec from Mendoza, Argentina.  Intense fruit flavors and velvety tannins make this a perfect choice to pair with this gorgeous cut of Montana beef.
