Our feature this weekend is soy and ginger marinated blue nose snapper with a local fresh vegetable slaw, roasted edamame and local kale fried brown rice, citrus sweet chili sauce, and toasted sesame seeds. Moscato d’Asti is a stellar pairing with fragrant citrus blossoms and spring wildflowers on the nose. The Cantine Elvio Tintero has a little sweetness balanced with razor sharp acidity and a slight effervescence which makes it a delight to drink.
