Our featured entree this weekend is ginger, scallion, and green garlic steamed white sea bass, a creamy local cucumber salad with toasted sesame, peanuts, and fresno chili, served over ginger soy rice.  The delicate aromas of orchard fruits and white blossoms open the Domaine Weinbach pinot blanc while its fresh acidity and ripe fruit flavors create a perfect pairing with all the savory umami of the sea bass.
