Our feature this weekend is golden heirloom tomato poached halibut over jasmine rice, fresh herb salad in a lime vinaigrette, and crispy shallot, garlic, and peanuts.  With freshly picked pear and spice aromas the Green Eyes Gruner Veltliner from Hermann Moser in Austria is a stellar pairing.  Bursting with citrus and clean mineral flavors this crisp, dry wine begs for a second glass.
