Wishing all of the Moms the best day with this beautiful spring dish.  Alaskan Halibut crusted with blood orange, rosemary and pink Himalayan sea salt served over quinoa stir fried with asparagus, kale, and gold lentils.  Fresh grapefruit-mint salsa and a blood orange-preserved lemon vinaigrette finish the presentation.
