Our entree feature this weekend is heirloom tomato poached Alaskan black cod over a lemon saffron couscous with local rainbow chard and finished with an herb zhoug.  We are pairing the Brooks “Janus” pinot noir, an expressive wine with strawberry, cinnamon, red currant, and Kalamata olive flavors.
