Feast Weekend Special – Mint Braised Cordova Farms Lamb

Our entree feature this weekend is mint braised Cordova Farms lamb with a dijon jus and pistachio citrus gremolata, Amaltheia ricotta dumplings, and grilled asparagus with pistachio butter.  Lilac, blonde tobacco, and garrigue aromas float off the Hartford Court “Outer Limits” syrah while flavors of ripe blueberry and black currant anchor this dense and spicy wine in the tradition of the great wines of the Northern Rhone valley.
