Miso and Sake Marinated Mahi - Weinbach Pinot Blanc

Our feature this weekend is miso and sake marinated mahi mahi over a sesame ginger slaw with fried lobster arancini and toasted peanut crumble.  The Domaine Weinbach pinot blanc is bone dry with aromas of oranges and caramelized pears.  Clean and harmonious with fine oak tannins that add intensity to the long finish.
