Miso Honey Salmon Cilantro Lime Pesto
Happy Independance Day from all of us at Feast!

We will be closed tonight for the holiday.

Our entree feature this Wednesday through Sunday is a miso honey seared Ora King salmon over charred snap peas with cilantro lime pesto, ginger garlic jasmine rice, and sesame chili oil.  We will pair this with a luscious Sonoma Coast chardonnay from Peay Vineyards with apricot, cashew, and beeswax aromas.  Satiny and deeply flavored, this wine has layer after layer of detailed fruits, and a very long, textural finish.
