Our entree feature this Wednesday through Sunday is a miso honey seared Ora King salmon over charred snap peas with cilantro lime pesto, ginger garlic jasmine rice, and sesame chili oil. We will pair this with a luscious Sonoma Coast chardonnay from Peay Vineyards with apricot, cashew, and beeswax aromas. Satiny and deeply flavored, this wine has layer after layer of detailed fruits, and a very long, textural finish.
