Our feature this weekend is a smoked Montana pork chop with grilled pineapple salsa, cheesy sweet potato grits stuffed poblano, creamy avocado and local tomatillo sauce, with charred local radish. Bursting with ripe cherry and vanilla the Farrah Vineyard syrah from Klinker Brick complements the smoky grilled chop and its juicy acidity and fine tannins are a wonderful match for the cheesy grits and chilis.
