Our feature this weekend is ginger soy glazed Montana pork belly, sake grilled shrimp, local lacinato kale, scallion, and fresno salad over jasmine rice with a candied peanut crumble.  The lively acidity of the Hermann Moser “Green Eyes” Gruner Veltliner makes for a crisp, refreshing glass of wine.  Flavors of lemon, lime, and green apple along with the classic white pepper aroma are perfect for pairing with grilled shrimp and savory pork belly.
