Our feature this weekend is a Montana Wagyu Delmonico steak finished with a grilled zucchini and corn succotash, spice roasted Winter Kiss Farms fingerling potatoes, and smoked balsamic reduction.  The Chateau de Barbe Blanche has an elegant nose of ripe blackcurrant and juicy blackberries with a hint of elderberry.  Powerful and full bodied with delicious notes of black cherry and blackberry this blend of merlot and cabernet sauvignon has a fine tannic structure and a long finish.
