MT Wagyu Hanger Steak
Join us for dinner at Feast Bistro…..

Our feature this weekend is soy glazed Montana wagyu hanger steak with herb and sesame chimichurri, smashed baby potatoes, gochujang aioli, black garlic tamari vinegar and chili sesame oil.  We are pairing the elegant, fruit forward Chateauneuf-du-Pape from Brotte Winery with blackberry, white pepper, and hints of mint and ginger.
