Our feature this weekend is a blue nose snapper crusted in green, black, pink and white peppercorns with black garlic grilled potatoes and baby carrots, caper and lemon marinated kale and rainbow chard, dill creme fraiche and fried leeks. Our wine pairing is the Cotes du Rhone Saint Cosme, a fresh and complex syrah which shows spicy notes of sandalwood, violets and black pepper.
