Our featured entree this weekend is a peppercorn crust Montana beef tenderloin with a poached lobster and cherry tomato Cajun cream sauce, crispy parmesan polenta cake, and grilled vegetables. We are so excited to pair the Two Wolves syrah/malvasia field blend from Santa Barbara County, California. Plum, fresh pine, and grated nutmeg aromas complement the elegant earthiness with a lift of orange peel and a long finish.
